PakAI provides browser-based access to third-party AI models using a prepaid credit system priced in PKR. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and comply with applicable laws when using the service.

3. Credits and payments

Credits are prepaid and non-refundable except where required by law. Top-ups may require manual verification. Misuse, fraud, or chargeback abuse may result in account suspension.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use PakAI for illegal activity, harassment, malware, spam, or attempts to bypass security controls. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI outputs

Model responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use generated content. PakAI does not guarantee factual correctness or fitness for a particular purpose.
